Description
A Business, Change and Transformation Lead is required for our client based in Doncaster for an initial 6 months contract. Experience within the public sector is essential.
Purpose of the interim role:
The postholder will be required to strategically lead change and transformation across the Directorate and to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes and organisational change to time and budget, working closely with the Learning and Opportunities senior management team and the corporate Programme Office.
To be responsible for the development of business operations and management support, including the development of business strategy, efficient processes, robust monitoring and evaluation across the Directorate.
Lead the development of business planning and the business cycle; including monitoring, reporting and evaluating the cycle of in line with statutory, service and reporting requirements.
To work collaboratively and in a flexible way with Assistant Directors and Heads of Service across the Directorate to ensure policies, procedures and practices are consistent.

- Transformation Development Projects eg Directorate Priorities, short, medium and long term planning
