To support our clients Systems Administration team, we are in search of a System Administrator.Job Description
- Responsible for the installation and operational support of all facets of infrastructure and systems
- Works within the international team in providing support and resolving technical issues
- Interacts with both technical and non-technical personnel, implements service level agreements, and tracks issues to resolution
- Contributes to the development of internal IT by engaging in international projects
- Operates as part of a global team to support end users and client devices nationally

- Manages relationships with third party vendors and monitors service level agreements
- Applies all QA processes as assigned
- Maintains password, data, and system security
Job Requirements
- University degree in computer science or comparable desirable
- Extensive experience as a system administrator or system engineer
- Either MCP, MCSA, MCITP Server Administrator desirable or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge and professional technical experience with applications operating in an office setting
- Operating systems (Windows 10, 2008 R2, 2012 Server), Microsoft Office Suite and other Microsoft software
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN, firewall and WAN concepts)
- ITIL knowledge
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willing to travel occasionally domestically or internationally
