Description

We are currently looking for a DevOps Architect for the further development of a Cloud Native platform. The objective is to set up a container-based infrastructure aiming to increase the operational efficiency of the services and applications.
As a DevOps Architect you will be responsible for the concept and implementation of technical solutions for the Cloud platform. Your expertise will be needed for supporting development projects related to the cloud infrastructure, and for identifying the automation potential of the platform operation. Furthermore, you will be in charge of building guidelines for the architecture and technology. You bring along motivation, experience, and concept for the new processes in operation and software development. Additionally, you would be encouraged to provide your own ideas and input. The project’s duration is six months with a possibility for extension.

- Budget: €600/day
- Working days: 140 days
- Full-time (5 days/week)
- Location: Frankfurt am Main / Remote

Experience:

- Kubernetes and Container engines
- Terraform, YAML, Ansible, Gitops tools
- Configuration and operation in AWS of EC2, S3, Cloudfront, EFS, ELB, Route53, Cloudwatch, RDS Postgres
- AWS Cloud (certification AWS Soultion Architect Associated, AWS Trainer certification)
- Design of cost-efficient architectures in the Cloud and Kubernetes environment
- Very good knowledge of the AWS and / or Azure platform, especially IaC
- Previous experience as a DevOps engineer
