Description
I am recruiting for a number of Service Management Analysts to be based in Leeds 2-3 days per week then work remotely for the remainder of the week.
The role falls inside IR35 so you will have to work through an umbrella company.
I am looking for candidates who have experience of working in a service management environment. You will provide support to the Service Manager at various meetings, ensuring that actions are progressed appropriately, discussions captured, create management information reports and high-profile dashboards for key stakeholders.
You must have ITIL expertise.
You will be comfortable managing incidents, problems & change.
You will facilitate or chair regular meetings with stakeholders, such as supplier or stakeholder review meetings (covering a specific service management discipline).
You will also undertake supplier and contract management activities to meet key performance indicators and agreed targets.
