Software Test Lab Engineer (Telecom)- Reading, UK- Initial 12-month contract
I am currently working with a global consultancy within the Telecommunications domain who are looking for an experienced Software Test Lab Engineer to work onsite at one of their biggest clients in Reading for an initial 12-month contract.
Skills/Experience required:
*2-6 years of experience in Software Testing
*Experienced in complete Software Testing Lifecycle (Test design, Test execution, Defect reporting & tracking)
*Well versed with Agile Testing Processes & Methodologies
*Hands on experience in SIT/E2E testing
*Knowledge of testing on BSS/OSS product is required.
*Basic knowledge of testing on Telecom Network elements (Handsets), in a Lab setup
*Excellent knowledge in Unix/Linux & SQL is must
*Great interpersonal and communication skills
*Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
*Knowledge on Seagull/SIGOS tool is preferable.
