Mac Admin & JAMF Expert L3 - Poland/Remote
We are looking for an experienced Mac Admin & JAMF Expert L3 to join one of Europe's largest and fastest-growing clients in a progressive and innovative international team on a 6months + contract in Denmark/Remote.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Manage 100 + application packaging, deployment & compliance
- Configure and support Macs including BigSur
- Work with customer to analyze and design advanced technology solutions like backup and storage solution for Mac's
- This support will include enterprise email, network printing, accessing network drives and VPN in to the Windows environment.
- Test and documents hardware and software installation procedures, create Runbooks and share with team by training and workshops.
- Liaison with customer to discuss Current challenges and share ideas to resolve. Plan and design proactively to address upcoming potential issues.
- Customize and coordinate packaging core enterprise and supplemental applications
- Lead the architecture, planning, impact analysis, installation repackaging, and execution of hardware and software rollouts and migrations
- Research problems independently as necessary using a variety of tools and resources to provide a comprehensive review and analysis of the problem
- Engineer and automate desktop image creation and deployment; ensure the desktop is hardened to maintain security within the environment; manage processes and technologies to produce comprehensive and integrated deployments.
- Resolve second and third level technical support problems with enterprise and/or specific applications, software and hardware configurations.
Compulsory Skills Needed:
- JAMF 400 Certification is a requirement. Alternatively, JAMF 300 with sound skills will work.
- Able to design & configure DEP from scratch.
- Able to manage JAMF Cloud Servers & additional DPs on Linux Servers.
- Full command on Bash or Python scripts.
- Experience in automating environment using Bash/Python.
- Good understanding of Xcode & apps. There can be requirement to support existing in-house apps created by the client.
- Should be ready to provide remote support for L2/L3 issues using BOMGAR.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Sound program management, analysis, problem resolution, team building, judgment and decision making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; accomplished in technical writing
- Good understanding of Agile way of working.
