Scope of Work:
Following is a high-level description of the activities to be performed:
End user computing support:
? Support of laptop, desktop, and tablet hardware and associated hardware peripherals.
? Installs, moves, adds changes (IMACs)
? Operating system and base load software
? Office productivity and basic support for business applications
? Imaging device support (print/scan/copy/fax)
? End user support for mobility solutions
? Execution support for on-going technology programs
Infrastructure support:
? Hands and feet support of IT infrastructure
? Physical support (rack, stack, patch, cable) for support, changes, upgrades, commissioning and decommissioning activities
? Component upgrades, swaps, change-out
? Lights-on verification, reboots
? Coordination with L2/L3 teams for tasks requiring onsite presence
? Perform base load or troubleshooting of infrastructure devices under ExxonMobil’s direction
