Looking for an Indian Call Centre Agency orwith fluency in Indian languages.

You can be a call centre supervisor with 5-10 years of experience in call centre environment.

1. Manage Call Centre team and relations

2. Ensure that the Company’s Call Centre program deliverables are met

3. Update the Company’s knowledge base and ensure that the answers are always conversational and user friendly.

6. Perform any other role/responsibility in order to effectively do your assignment, which may be communicated by the company from time to time.
