My dynamic, well established Client is urgently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Technician (1st/2nd Line) acting as a first point of contact for all requests logged with the Service Desk.
The role will be responding to incidents, user requests and problems, the IT Service Desk Technician offers a professional, courteous, speedy and effective service to ensure disruption to my Client's business processes and Clients are kept to a minimum.
The right Candidate will be well versed in a Microsoft Windows, O365, Active Directory environment, good understanding of Microsoft Windows/Office and TCP/IP.
It would be a distinct advantage to have an understanding of backup strategies and technologies, preferably Symantec Backup exec or VMware backup.
Also, current IT Certifications, preferably Microsoft, Cisco or VMware would be a advantageous.
