Description

We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who require a Business Analyst for one of their Clients based in Manchester (remote at present), UK.

  • IR35: This role is inside of IR35
  • Initial duration: 3 months

Job Specs:

  • A multi-disciplined individual able to identify and efficiently convey the customer's requirements through IT systems skills, communication and understanding
  • Proficient in Systems Analysis Techniques, able to impact proposals and perform System and High Level Design Analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people who have differing levels of IT knowledge/skill
  • Able to use Datamodelling techniques.
  • Experience with the Windows Suite and MS Office applications.
  • Strong experience in Requirements & Analysis on large scale and/or multi project environments, Data Capture, Data Analysis.

Skills:

Detailed understanding of Systems Life Cycles, in particular the requirements and analysis phases, strong communications, ability to build and maintain good Client relationships, a flexible approach, ability to work under own initiative, resilient in nature, able to deal with conflict management, strong decision making and judgment, influencing skills, presentation skills to development areas and to client base, strong evidence of skill competency around flexibility, attention to details, communicating, conflict management, decisions making and judgment influencing.

  • Advise how to adhere to a consistent approach for WFM roll-out across different use-cases, using Aspect knowledge to advise and support on configuration of WFM
  • Work with PACR project to advise on how to optimise WFM for successful roll out and gather requirements
  • Provide user journey documentation to describe WFM for the relevant roll outs and advise on understanding of and (ideally) removal of BDAPPS
  • Demonstrate benefits of using WFM for planners, team leaders and advisers
  • Give guidance on how the data flows, including demand and historical, through WFM working in practice for Client for future scenarios of roll out
  • Create future requirements and governance for future builds and define best practice for Aspect and client for Forecasting, Scheduling, Real Time and Adherence
