Security Engineer - Identity Access Management (IAM)Remote Working
6 Month initial Contract (until the end of the year)
Pay: up to £600/d via umbrella ONLY
Security Engineer - IAM will work within the Security Architecture and Engineering team to support the maintenance and evolution of a secure corporate environment within GSK.
Security engineer - IAM is responsible for the design and hands-on implementation of security controls in order to meet business requirements and industry compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse processes and technologies from the perspective of user access management and agree necessary IAM security controls.
- Deliver agreed IAM security controls on schedule and with the highest quality.
- Responsible for management and governance of enterprise identity and access management security to ensure users data and systems are efficiently and properly controlled, managed and monitored.
- Collaborate and work effectively with infrastructure and IDAM teams to ensure right security controls are in place.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing information security controls and processes to improve IAM maturity.
- Assurance across various identity and access management related processes: Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) processes, Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) analysis and design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Federation, Target Operating Model (TOM) design and IAM governance.
- Analysing, designing and implementing controls for privileged and service accounts management workflows and monitoring.
- Documenting processes, policies and standards
Experience and skill set needed:
- Good experience in the area of Cyber Security, focusing on the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Hands on design and delivery experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and cloud based IAM technologies.
- Knowledge and techniques for end to end IAM implementation, enhancements and remediation.
- Experience in toolsets such as Okta, Ping, Sailpoint and CyberArk.
- Experience in designing IAM solutions, cloud migration, operating in a regulated environment.
- Good understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS across Azure and Google cloud services.
- Working experience with AD migration, Microsoft identity management and protection tools.
- Strong understanding of IAM best practices, leading IAM toolsets and IAM for Cloud deployments.
