We are urgently looking for Senior Windows Systems Administrator in Havant, UK. Immediate joiners Inside IR35 apply ASAP.
Below is the JD:
Expected to technically own and lead all Windows support within the production environment, including providing out of hours standby cover, incident, change, problem and request management.
The successful candidate needs to be able to work alone but also and within a small but highly diverse infrastructure support team, managing highly available and critical safety systems who are accountable for the majority of all deployed infrastructure services in the environment from the Storage and SAN infrastructure, Virtualisation layer and Server infrastructure, all the way through to the end user clients.
A minimum of 5 years exposure to Windows Server and associated infrastructure management toolsets at a senior level is expected and being able to collaborate and assist all members of the support team to manage all the infrastructure is essential in a challenging, rewarding and constantly developing environment

Day to day duties and activities:

Be an essential part of the wider infrastructure support team

Deal with all monitoring alerts, incidents, requests, problems and changes

Out of hours support on a rota basis

Regular security patching, vulnerability management and maintenance activities
