Description

We are working with a Hampshire-based client to recruit 2 x Mosiac SME's/Applications Analysts.

Reviewing, advising, supporting and providing assurance on the following key aspects of Children's Services Mosaic implementation:

  • System configuration - including workflow, forms and portals
    o System setup - including workflow and use of user roles and profiles
  • Security model - including user roles and profiles
    o System build - including authentication, interfaces, forms
  • Forms standardisation, design principles and use of pre-population
  • Testing approach
    o Links between case management and finance
    o Sustainability - configuring a system which can be supported, maintained and upgraded in business as usual
  • Data migration assurance including testing migrated data and identifying cohorts
  • Assisting the Children's Services and IT Programme Managers in identifying any skills or resourcing gaps in the programme team
  • Assisting the Children's Services and IT Programme Managers in identifying any key dependencies on the critical path for go live
  • Support the provision of (and potentially writing as appropriate) standardised User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts
  • Training of and transfer of knowledge to the C2C Programme Team to support the aim of self sufficiency in Children's Mosaic.
  • Propose recommended best practice in the form of written recommendations to C2C senior stakeholders with evidence to support proposals.
  • Advise on strategies for go live and service transition with the aim of achieving a sustainable solution beyond go live.
  • Mosaic system and implementation expert to provide ad hoc advice to the Programme Team as necessary.

Working flexibly and ensuring workflow and allocation of resources meets priority demands. Proven track record of building relationships and working in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders, including those at a senior level and in other organisations Experience of working in an environment where influence, negotiation and persuasion are significant levers to progress.

Experience of producing high-quality performance reporting, interpreting data and delivering insight Experience of working in highly complex and political environments Experience in leading, delivering and monitoring service improvement programmes, including service design and user-experience design.
