My client is a large Local authority currently looking to recruit a Mosaic SME to provide consultancy and expertise on the implementation of the Mosaic Children's Social Care IT system
The Successful Mosaic SME will
To provide subject matter expertise and guidance on the Mosaic Children's Social Care system to the programme team and key stakeholders including the Programme Board
Identify the optimum configuration and ways of working in Mosaic to best support the business processes and ways of working within the Council's children's Services
To review the Council's approach to configuring and implementing Mosaic.
To introduce consistent best practice to the C2C programme, based on evidence and experience from other Local Authority implementations.
Enable delivery of the programme in the most efficient and effective and sustainable way to quality standards
To Be considered for the Mosaic SME, you will have experience of the following:
System configuration - including workflow, forms and portals
o System setup - including workflow and use of user roles and profiles
o Security model - including user roles and profiles
o System build - including authentication, interfaces, forms
o Forms standardisation, design principles and use of pre population
o Testing approach
o Links between case management and finance
o Sustainability - configuring a system which can be supported, maintained and upgraded in business as usual
o Data migration assurance including testing migrated data and identifying cohorts
