Fully remote
£600-£650 per day (umbrella only, rate advertised before Employers deductions)
We are looking for a certified Cyber Ark administration to join our large insurance client in its security effort.
Key Skills & Responsbilities:
- CyberArk Defender & Sentry certified
- Failed Password Errors
- Release accounts if required
- Attempt to reconcile accounts for known errors that can be resolved.
- Need assistance in fully understanding the multitude of errors we can receive, errors are not always clear as to which aspect has failed CyberArk or Supplier or if error indicates configuration issue or where to check, knowledge needs to be expanded to help resolve these issues
- Expired Passwords
- CPM generally disabled
- Release accounts if required
- Attempt to reconcile accounts for known errors that can be resolved.
- Again, similar to Failed passwords need to understand the multitude of errors we can receive, errors are not always clear as to which aspect of CyberArk has failed, knowledge needs to be explained to resolve these issues
- Dealing with technical incidents and service requests raised to the team
- PowerShell ability to support onboarding failures (preferred)
