Business Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst on a 6 month contract based in Central London.
Our customer, a central government organization, is urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. The Business Analyst will work in partnership with the business providing system support, innovation, leadership and expertise on day-to day business activities and project initiatives.
The Business Analyst will be ideally ITIL certified (v3), and will support the project delivery lead in producing and implementing end-to-end IT processes, policies and material to support transition activities.
The Successful candidate will ideally come from an IT Services background.
Key Skills:
- Certified to ITIL (v3) and/or experience working in a formal change/transition environment.
- Proficient in producing and implementing end-to-end IT processes
- Gap analysis
- Analyzing support desk/ticket resolutions
- Proficient in both software and hardware mobile solutions & Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
- Familiar with at least one help desk and customer support tool.
- Proficient in ITIL processes and practices.
- Proficient in Business Process Analysis (as-is and to-be)
