Workfront Capability Manager

12 Month Contract
£42ph (inside IR35)

Gibbs Hybrid is looking for a Workfront System Capability Manager for our leading global client in West London. The role will involve spending the majority of the time focused on Workfront configurations, testing, and support.

Role:

Lead weekly Core Team Meetings, set agenda, drive the accountability of Core Team Members.
Lead and liaise weekly Workfront Services Team and/or Remote Workfront Consultants on progress on projects as well as discuss and kick off new enhancements needed of them.
Work closely with Workfront business leads in the development of projects on the roadmap (PPT) and detailed implementation plan (managed in Workfront).
Coordinate/lead activities between various Hub teams, IT, and external partners (eg vendors, agencies) in facilitating the delivery of enhancements or onboarding of new user groups.
Activities may include but not limited to: demo of Workfront capabilities, contribute to business case justification for enhancement, tracking efficiencies for any improvement.
Project manage the implementation: coordinate status meeting(s), track project deliverables, and timing gather status updates from project stakeholders, identify issues and risks.
Core team and CoE group meetings, prepare agenda, and keep the team informed on the enhancements, issues and share best practices/learnings
Participate and contribute to updated power points for annual Workfront Customer conference presentation and senior management update/department 'All Hands'.
Proactively and positively identify improvement opportunities of the Workfront Product (eg UX, process) and provide suggested solutions to improve Workfront via their Community Site, after Core Team approval.
Develop solution designs that promote our strategic vision of using Workfront as an Enterprise operating system of record, while solving near-term defined business problems.
Translate business needs into descriptive/functional requirements and process design and work with Workfront business leads to prioritize/plan enhancement requests.
Participate in Workfront quarterly beta release test, assess release impact to company instance, and develop training/communication plans to educate users (Simple Communications).
Develop training material/programs and conduct training sessions to increase Workfront functional/process knowledge of the users to ultimately drive the adoption and realize business values.
Actively participate in Workfront user community discussions, contribute to posts and bring in learnings/best practices from the industry.
System administration/support
Build and work through configuration needs so all aspects of International markets can be tracked accordingly in Workfront
Manage the internal Workfront request queue and resolve Workfront system issues raised from users while assigning small tasks to trained consultants or other Sys Admins.
Perform system configuration and administrative duties, leverage consultants, eg
User setup - user creation/de-activation, job role, team, group, company, layout template, access management as identified in access requirements.
Create/modify custom forms, reports, and other Workfront artifacts that align with the defined requirements across the enterprise in accordance with our roadmap.
Provide ongoing end-user support: host Q&A sessions and address ad-hoc issues and how-to questions from end-users. Bubble up the most FAQs and offer refresh training to all affected. Develop training plan and schedule, ideally build sign-up and curriculum via Workfront.
Create/maintain a Workfront knowledge base, capture/share learnings, tips, and best practices to the user communities via live/virtual meetings or Newsletters.
Attend Workfront Boot Camp(s), annual user Conference, connect with other companies achieving desired functions
