Security Monitoring Project Manager - SIEM/SOC
Substantial experience of implementing security monitoring technologies, from project inception through to final sign-off.
Significant experience managing successful large and highly complex business and technology change projects (£multi-million) in Financial Services or for a government or regulatory body, managing employees and 3rd parties in a Matrix, from inception through to end of warranty/exit criteria achieved.
Significant experience shaping business ideas and initiatives into detailed project plans for multi-workstream delivery to achieve business outcomes
Significant experience of planning and controlling project delivery, ideally with a project management qualification.
Strong technical competencies on monitoring and have a strong knowledge of a range of solutions that answer for cloud and non cloud environments - able to make recommendations for the most suitable solution
General knowledge across multiple security domains, with in-depth experience across two or more specific domains from:
Monitoring capabilities including integration with a SIEM/SOC
Integrated monitoring capabilities with one or more of the following technologies: Azure AD; Salesforce, O365, Firewalls, endpoints
Experience of installation and configuration of monitoring software
Understanding of disruptive trends, and evolution of monitoring solutions
Experience of working within an Agile environment
Able to coach others in project/programme management methodologies
