Cloud Consulting have an urgent requirement for an experienced Azure DevOps/Platform Engineer with experience of WVD (Windows Virtual Desktop) to work on an exciting new project for a leading blue chip company.
The role is offered on a fully-remote basis and is outside of IR35.
Job description for the role of Azure DevOps Engineer
Key Skills/Knowledge:
- Experience of deploying code in production environment using automation - using Terraform and Jenkins Knowledge of web technologies and infrastructure,
- Including CI/CD pipeline systems and Terraform Experience of managing infrastructure
- WVD (Windows Virtual Desktop)
- Good understanding of networking, AD, DNS, Firewall, and security Experience of supporting Windows and Linux based infrastructure
- Experience of supporting public facing websites and related technologies (microservices architecture)
- Scripting tools - python, etc Experience of using Monitoring and backup tools.
- Operational and automation mindset Git and source control tools knowledge
- Deploy and Release management knowledge
Experience Required:
- Strong overall experience in Azure cloud hands-on expertise.
