Unser Kunde ist ein internationales Produktionsunternehmen mit weltweiten Niederlassungen und Sitz in Niederösterreich (Marktl).
Zur Unterstützung des internen IT Teams suchen wir einen engagierten und erfahrenen Administrator Infrastruktur für Application Administration (m/w/d) für 3 Tage vor ort und 2 Tage remote pro Woche.
Deine Upgrades
bei den 3 Tagen onsite wird kundenseitg ein Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt!
Deine Hard- und Software
- mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung als IT Admin
- persönliche Eigenschaften: Selbstständiges Arbeiten, kommunikativ, hands-on, proaktiv, teamfähig
- Erfahrung in Erhebung von Anforderungen und Erstellung von Dokumentation
- Kenntnisse in VMWare, Windows Server, SAN/NAS, Backup/Restore (Commvault), SQL Server,
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Technologien: AD, DHCP, DNS, DFS, Dharepoint on prem, IIS, SSL, Office 365, Printer Server, Fileserver, etc.
Deine Tasks
- IT Senior Administration Data Center Infrastructure and Workplace
- Daily Work with IT ticket system (incident and service request)
- Setup IT admin documentation
- Haupttätigkeit: 2nd Level Admin activities and stay in contact with 3rd level support and key-users
- Fallweise: 1st Level User Support
Bereich Application:
- Erstellung Application admin documentation and user guides
- Application Server Support (software/application samples: Lohnverrechnung, Qualität, Instandhaltung, Telefonie, usw.)
- Durchführung Server patches, user administration, software updates
Bereich Infrastructure:
- Work together with 3rd Level support - Manage VMWare
- Work together with 3rd Level support - Manage Windows Server
- Work together with 3rd Level support - Manage SAN / NAS
- Work together with 3rd Level support - Backup/Restore (Commvault)
- SQL Server Administration actual: 2012 planned: act/pass Cluster 2019
- Microsoft Services: AD, DHCP, DNS, Printer Server, Fileserver, DFS, Sharepoint on prem, IIS, Certificates, SSL, internal Signature
Bereich User Support:
- Office 365 support -> Email, User setup, Sharepoint
- Helpdesk/Support Windows Clients W10
- Workplace infrastructure (clients, printer, aso.)
