New Opportunity - Salesforce Service Cloud SBA - Platinum Partner*French and English Speaking Project
We're excited to announce a brand-new opportunity has came through the Glocomms door!
As the Salesforce ServiceCloud Senior Business Analyst for this Salesforce Platinum Partner, you could be the functional expert responsible for all of the functional tasks required to support one of their main customers on a long-term large-scale SFSC implementation project!
Project Details:
- Freelance/Contractor
- 100% Remote (possibly some client visits in Bezons but undecided)
- 6-12 month extendable contract (40 hours/week) - Full Time
- Available to start in August (the sooner the better)
- Interviews ASAP - slots already booked in
- Competitive Rate
Experience Ideally Required:
- 3 years minimum experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant and other relevant profiles; workshops, meetings, requirements, functional documentation etc.
- Salesforce Service Cloud with one or more successful implementation projects.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Knowledge/Omnichannel (more the better)
- Salesforce Community Cloud - a plus not required.
- Services Industry Knowledge or Experience - a plus not required.
- French and English Speaking.
