Description
We are seeking an experienced Security Cleared (SC) Data Modeller/Data Architect, on behalf of our global client, based in Cambridgeshire. My client is seeking someone who can interrogate the data that the system generates.
This role may be offered as initially UK remote, with possible occasional travel to other sites. Due to the nature of the roles, the successful candidate will have a valid UK Security Clearance prior to start.
Overview:
Supporting the roll-out of the data for the current application by pooling together the existing data from various sources, understanding the issues that the data has, helping plan the roll-out based on this knowledge, and monitoring its progress so that any issues that are likely to impact the successful completion of the roll-out are identified early on and can be addressed in time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinates, marshals, and manages information to support the roll-out of the Application
- Develops methodology and processes for prioritization and scheduling of roll-out.
- Develops reports and dashboards to track deployment and data quality.
- Conducts and facilitates analysis, issues identification, project risk assessment, and decision-making processes.
- Analyses problems and determines root causes.
- Defines project data assets, ie, data models
Skills required:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Datamodelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment skills.
- Data visualisation skills.
- Deep understanding of data quality and data governance.
- Process oriented with good documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills, ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio to a high standard.
- SAS Viya or Power BI skills.
- BiZZDesign skills desirable but not essential.
