About the role:
For the SharePoint migration project, ITS is searching Rollout Coordinator of new IT solution to the
Company. The project’s objective is to migrate 16000 SharePoint sites from the on-premises
environment into the Microsoft cloud. Before the end of May 2021, the continuous process will be
started for selected sites and continue to run until October 2022.
To ensure the correct processing of sites and coordinate the different approvals from the site owners
that are necessary for success, we will need a dedicated person to manage the migration pipeline and
coordinate related actions.
An automated migration dashboard is implemented with the necessary automated email requests to
the appropriate persons. Sometimes it will be necessary to complete contact information (e.g.,
missing email addresses) or reroute information in case the site owner is no longer working in Company.
Your work:
? Daily migration monitoring for alerts and errors
? Preparing a daily brief (statistics, status, incidents)
? Raising incidents for the migration team (request for L2 who can route to L3)
? Manage the migration dashboard (data quality)
? Communication to the site owners (first refer to FAQ, then provide answer or route the request into the team)
You should have:

? Polite and understanding
? Assertive in tracing incident resolutions
? Some PowerShell scripting experience could be helpful
? SharePoint experience
? General understanding of IT infrastructure (network, proxy, Virtual Machines, VPN, etc.)
