Description
The Integration Designer is responsible for delivering detailed technical designs to enable the delivery of Middleware-based systems integration solutions to support the Cusomer Experience Transformation (CXT) Programme.The successful individual will be an experienced integration professional with demonstrable experience of taking high-level solution designs and working with stakeholders to determine the best approach to delivering those designs using the strategic integration platforms at the organisation.
Real-world experience working in large, complex programmes with global reach is a prerequisite, as is a thorough grasp of the MuleSoft Anypoint platform, layered API-led designs, and a pattern-based approach to delivery of integration solutions focussed on design for reuse.
Experience required:
- Experience developing integration solutions based on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- 5+ years of experience with CRM integration solutions
- Understanding customer experience and CRM process capabilities and business process flows, along with the master data required to support them.
- Experience with integration of web platforms to Back End system services
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with a range of stakeholders at all levels
