Head of Software Development - Contract - Outside IR35 - Remote
Roc Search's client, a high-growth SaaS business is currently recruiting for a Head of Software Development on an initial 12 month contract. We are looking for a professional to head up an established Software Development team. You will manage 10 people. The successful candidate will be integral to the continued success of the business, managing all aspects of the department. You will be reporting directly to Executives and will be supported in this role by two experienced Senior Developers. This position is currently fully remote. The daily rate is £400 - £500/day and will fall outside the scope of IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the development, maintenance and monitoring of products.
- Ensuring a results focused delivery pattern, directing focus at the most critical elements.
- Keep open communication between departments, support a can-do attitude and have a willingness to be customer focused.
- Lead & motivate the Dev team, maintain dynamic and ensure strong communication
- Manage multiple projects using agile methodology
- Ideally you will have a background in SaaS Development & Delivery
