- Experience on ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation
- Define and implement differentiators for ServiceNow development and support projects
- Versed with Scrum or Waterfall methodology
- Lead and own ServiceNow technical deliveries
- Mentor a team of developers and guide them for best solutions
- Provide solutions for possible technical challenges
- Ability to define and implement best practices
- Lead and own ServiceNow technical deliveries
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience on ServiceNow.
- Ability to define and implement best practices
- Experience in the ServiceNow suite like ITSM, ITOM or ITBM.
- Experience in complex data migration
- Experience in documentation and review activities
