IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) is required for our client based in Middlesbrough for an initial 6 month contact (possibility of extending).
- Recent hands on, IT technical experience of industry standard technologies and working with enterprise size technology solutions
- Experience of working in a customer led service
Good demonstrable and technical skills including but not exclusive to: one or more of the following
- End user computing devices management
- End user computing peripherals management
- Mobile Device Management and smart phone management
- Multifunctional Devices and software management
- SCCM Software Packages
- Desktop and Application Patching
- Care Cert management and security patching
- Creating and Managing Computer Images
- Microsoft Operating Systems, minimum of Windows 7
- Active Directory
- Anti-virus software configuration and support
