SaaS Automation Tester - SC Cleared
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SaaS Automation Tester - SC Cleared on a remote basis for an initial 5-month contract.
* PLASE NOTE THIS ROLE HAS BEEN DEEMED INSIDE IR35.*
* PLEASE NOTE ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED.*
Mandatory requirement Experience with SaaS Technology:
- Significant and demonstrable experience in testing techniques and technologies, defect management tools and procedures preferably in relation to data warehouse solutions.
- Strong knowledge of testing principles and management
- ISTQB/ISEB Software Testing Intermediate preferable.
- Proven experience in using programming languages such as SAS and SQL.
- A good working knowledge of Oracle database and architecture
- A good understanding of Data Warehousing principles and a broad understanding of the development life cycle.
- Confident with standard office packages such as excel and word
- Ideally (but not essential) experienced with some of the specialist data warehouse related packages such as Informatica PowerCenter and Business Objects.
- The ability to analyse data, recognise problems and formulate solutions.
- Awareness and high-level understanding of business process modelling and requirements definitions.
- Proven line management experience and the proven ability and desire to mentor/coach others in a team environment
