Service Desk Analyst - 1st Line - Contract
Desktop Analyst required for a rolling contract, to be based on-site in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with experience in support roles to join a successful and growing business, with an immediate start available.
£110 per day, Inside IR35
Experience:
- Windows 7 and 10 support
- Active Directory administration/user account creation/disablement
- Office 365 administration (shared mailbox access/group delegation/block email domain/IP addresses
- Windows update support
- Desk side cable set up/patching floor to port
- Microsoft Office suite support/installation
