Job description for the role of Solution Architect - Java:
- Java 8+, building microservices in the cloud with spring boot
- Deployment and delivery of Java services on AWS
- Configuration of AWS infrastructure through automation tooling
- Experience in designing and building REST APIs
- Experience with design patterns and robust development
- Agile
- Best practices in software testing, versioning and CI/CD
- Building efficient, fault-tolerant and scalable solutions
Nice to have:
- DevOps methodologies: managing cloud infrastructure, containerisation and building CI/CD pipelines,
- ideally with Jenkins pipelines.
- Python
- Serverless architecture
