Description
My Client based in Bath is looking for a Service Desk Analyst, initially for a 6 month period to take us up to Christmas.
This role is Urgent and interviews are available straight away.
Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills are a priority
* Experience providing technical support to a wide range of abilities in an enterprise environment (HE a bonus)
* Experience of using Service Desk/Help Desk tools to log and complete support tickets
Technical Skills
* MS Windows
* Apple OS and iOS
* Microsoft Office/365
* Google Collaboration Suite
* Active Directory
* basic understanding of networks, wired and wireless
