Job summary:

The QA/QC Engineer understands and is able to communicate our quality (WoW) policy and programs.
He/she can communicate and cooperate properly with clients and stakeholders. The QA/QC engineer
ensures proper execution and maintenance of QA/QC policies, programs and management systems in
order to comply with company and industry standards.

Key tasks/Responsibilities:
(to include but not limited to)

• Actively supporting the organization on QA/QC related matters and facilitating QA/QC
• training/familiarization.
• AchievingresultsbyunderstandingtheaddedvalueofourQA/QCroleforthebusinessand
• project: providing QA/QC knowledge, documentation and deliverables like Quality Control
• (contributingtoInspectionand Test plans, projectrequirementsand Quality Surveillance
• (inspections on site)).
• Lead by example: be a professional QA/QC representative also for clients and stakeholders.
• Providingfeedback, reportandadvisemanagementtoincreaseQA/QCknowledgeand
• awarenessbyinitiatingandorganizingtraining, assessments, clientaudits, internalauditsand
• sub-contractor audits.
• AnalyzingandassessingprocessesforthebenefitofcomplyingtoQA/QCpolicies, systemsand
• programs. Analyzing, assessing and continuously improving corrective measures. Keep relevant
• colleagues engaged in improvement processes.
• ProvidinginputfortheimprovementofQA/QCpoliciesandprograms. Translateandhelp
• implementing QA/QC programs and policies into business and project processes.
• Coaching and facilitating the process and providing training on-the-job and directing of reports.
• Being an ambassador, driven by intrinsic values, for the QA/QC programs & systems.

Required knowledge/experience
Education/certifications:

• Higher Professional Education (Bachelor) or University (Master) Level preferably Engineering or
• Civil Engineer
• QA/QCeducation/certificationonbachelorlevelorauditorlevelandknowledgeof
• ISO/NEN/OSHAS
• Proven knowledge of ISO & ISOFehmarn Belt Contractors I/S
• Tunnel Dredging & Reclamation

Experience:

• 5 - 7 years' experience with supporting (project) organizations related to QA/QC, preferably in
• maritime / oil & gasenvironment
• Basic knowledgeoffacilitatingcontinuousimprovementprocesses
• Other requirements:
• Advanced skills in ICT Office applications (Office365 and Sharepoint online)
• Follow the instructions and execute the work method by adhering to the relevant QA/QC
• procedures as described in standards and methods.
• Independent worker
• Self-starter, experienced in working in a global environment and dealing with cultural differences
• Good command of English (written and spoken) - Danish is a prerequisite
• Willing to work rotationally
• No 9 to 5 mentality
