About Microsoft Dynamics 365

Job Summary

You will be primarily responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ('D365') application provisioning, configuration and implementation. You must be able to provide credible and reliable subject matter experience and have implementation, development and delivery skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM).

Our current focus is on the Sales, Marketing & Customer service applications specifically, however this is likely to be extended to other applications in the future.

    • MS D365 'standard' configurations including workflows
    • Form Design
    • Managing views, dashboards, reports
    • Business rules development
    • Advanced find query development
    • Business process flow development
    • Good understanding of the Microsoft CRM security and access model
    • Security Role creation & management
    • Solution management & Deployment
    • Microsoft Flow/Power Automate
    • Unified Interface
  • D365 Service application/case management
    • Knowledge base build
    • Service SLAs, KPIs, Entitlements
    • Universal Resource Scheduling
    • Omnichannel implementation including Chatbot
  • D365 Sales application
    • Sales funnel
    • Product catalogue
  • D365 (New) Marketing/Events application
    • And/or Click Dimensions marketing extension
  • Project delivery
    • Experience in delivering business solutions to tight deadlines and budgets
    • Experience of working with stakeholders at every level across the organisation
    • Experience creating application specifications and design documentation
    • Good organisational skills, with attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, BA's, PM's, managers and subject matter experts.
