We have an amazing opportunity for an IAM Architect to join one of Europe's largest retailers. Our client is embarking on a journey to transform their technology landscape and the value they can present to their customers through amazing technology.
This role will lead and ensure successful delivery through the definition, design and POC aspects of the project. The role will work within a wider programme of change, working in partnership with our 3rd party vendors (IBM & Accenture), IT Operations, InfoSec, Business, Technology and wider Group functions across our business.
Key responsibilities include:
Project based SME dedicated on a project to align users email addresses and other corporate logins with new corporate branding.
Will be required to have a strong working knowledge of how Microsoft hybrid corporate identities work.
Hands-on experience of working on other projects to change users User Principle Name (UPN)/Email addresses in a Microsoft aligned landscape.
Will be required to perform technical analysis of the as-is SSO estate, plan, change and implement changes in collaboration with the operation team.
Must have strong communication skills to lead technical conversations and requests to 3rd party integrated systems in a clear and articulate manor.
Must be able to consider and communicate the wider impact of their changes on other systems.
Must be self-motivated with a drive to complete all work to the highest level of quality.
Must be capable of working in a large, complex environment with multiple Active Directory forests and 30k+ users.
Must be able to work under pressure to deliver within project timescales and clearly communicate the feasibility.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong practical knowledge of the core Microsoft Identity stack both on-premise and Azure.
Demonstratable SME level experience of design and implementation with the below technologies:
o Microsoft Active Directory
o Microsoft ADFS
o Microsoft Azure AD
o Microsoft Azure Conditional Access and MFA app.
o Microsoft Office 365
Ability to use scripts or API's to speed up bulk data collection and implement changes quickly.
Strong understanding of single sign-on and federated access to applications using both ADFS and Azure Enterprise Applications (SAML and OAUTH)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft hybrid identity and Microsoft AAD Connect user synchronisation.
Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 identity and how any changes will impact this platform.
Strong understanding of Exchange Online and on-premise mail routing to be able to support external email domain name change.
