2nd Line Support - IT Support - Desktop Support - Windows 10 - Cambridge - inside IR35.
A fantastic long term contract opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer based onsite in Cambridge.
You will be an onsite Support Engineer helping users with any issues that arise with their IT equipment. Although some work can be done remotely this is mainly a site based position. The role could include Building computer equipment for new starters, Imaging laptops, Asset Management, maintaining and updating stock levels, general Desktop Support, MAC book and iPhone setup/queries.
Strong communication skills in person and over the phone are essential along with experience in the usual Microsoft/Windows 10 technology.
