My client is a university based in Birmingham with a current requirement to recruit a Unified comms Engineer to deploy and support the Amazon Connect voice/contact centre solution.
This voice solution will be used whilst the University goes through confirmation and clearing of University placements for next year.
They currently operate with Cisco UCCX which will be used as a back up solution.
Therefore we require a Unified Comms engineer with experience of Amazon Connect and preferably Cisco UCCX.
