Service Delivery Manager (Finance)
Manchester - £400 - £500/Day
Applause IT are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join a leading financial organisation with an office-based just outside Manchester.
The successful Service Delivery Manager will be a hugely valuable member, being required to collaborate with other IT Managers across the business as well as being responsible for IT Support function including an Infrastructure and Support team to ensure all SLA's are met efficiently and to the highest of standards.
Ideal skill set of the Service Delivery Manager:
- MCSA Certified
- Able to manage and resolve complex issues within a Windows domain, able to deal with issues in Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.
- Able to administer and troubleshoot issues with TCP/IP and associated services.
- Demonstrate experience in the building, configuration and troubleshooting of server and desktop hardware.
- Able to use various server/desktop tools to resolve user/system issues and problems.
- Supporting virtual environments, eg VMware
- Administration of systems and applications, managing upgrades and patching on the systems to continually improve service.
- Administration of security products, such as Safe boot, anti-virus, sanctuary
- Administration of Microsoft Back End systems, Exchange, IIS, System Centre
- Administration of Citrix environments
- Management of Skype for Business
- Working to ITIL standards
