Red Kite Dublin has a superb new contract opening for a highly experienced AWS SysOps Administrator for our tech client team in Dublin/remote.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the migration of on premise workloads to AWS.
- Design a secure Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc.
- Assist with the AWS network architecture including DirectConnect and VPN connectivity between AWS regions and on premise locations.
- Implement AWS organizations and AWS SSO across AWS accounts.
- Implement and provide assistance on AWS security best practices.
- Documenting architecture, best practices, and procedures.
Required
- Proven knowledge of AWS platform and tools
- In depth knowledge of key AWS services like EC2, S3, Elasticbeanstalk, ECS, EKS, RDS, etc.
- Experience working with DirectConnect and Hybrid environments.
- Experience with AWS Organizations and SSO configuration.
- Experience working with infosec policies and security requirements
- Experience provisioning and spinning up AWS Clusters
- Experience to build scalable, highly available, cost effective, low latency production systems.
- Experience in provisioning solutions using CloudFormation.
