Azure Data Platform Engineer - Contract, Remote, Databricks, Data Factory
Azure Data Engineer is required for a large Data programme.
The core responsibilities:
- Build standardised ingestion patterns across multiple source systems.
- Have experience in building data platform solutions in Azure thus understanding of data transformations, enrichments, curation and consumption.
- Provide day to day support to Data Engineers who are the customers of the Azure platform service, rollout ARM templates to support new blueprint functionalities including regression testing to ensure existing services still works as expected.
- Be able to create detailed designs and lead offshore team resources in building new Azure functionalities in the platform.
- Need to have a good understanding of security/access models in Azure.
