2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer - SC Cleared - Warwickshire - Outside IR35.
SC security cleared infrastructure engineer with experience in delivering network, desktop and application support to users. Due to the nature of the work, this is not a remote role and requires the incumbent to be on site 5 x days a week. The role is Outside IR35.
Working knowledge on desktop, server, networking and virtualization technologies. Customer-service focused with strict adherence to ITIL work processes and SLA targets. Ability to carry out structured problem determination on desktop related problems.
- Ability to digest high- and low-level designs and verify the buildout is as documented
- Perform testing requirements defined in a script
- Perform Server/Storage/VMware tasks to a 2nd level support or similar standard and issues to be subsequently resolved or escalated
- O365/Azure basic testing
