Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Engineer to start ASAP for our client in Plymouth on an initial 6 month. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing 1st/2nd line service desk support in a busy environment.
Essential skills include:
*Windows 10
*Desktop/2nd Line Support/ITIL knowledge
*Active Directory
*Office
*Service desk/1st line support experience
*Excellent customer service skills
