Job Responsibilities

  • The Active Directory Engineer will be a member of the Active Directory Level 3 Engineering team. The successful candidate will work across various businesses and technology organizations to migrate applications to Active Directory, AD/LDS, ADFS and AZURE.
  • This role requires an in depth knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server AD/LDS, ADFS and AZURE.
  • Knowledge of LDAP integrations as well as SSL protocols, ciphers, encryption and other authentication technologies.
  • Experience with Kerberos, SPNEGO, SAML, 0Auth, and standard LDAP authentication methods.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application integration issues and assist with application configuration setup. Must be able to work in a team environment with a can do attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges.
  • Need to understand the Installation, configuration and maintenance of AD/LDS, ADFS and/or Azure systems.
  • Be comfortable working directly with internal and external application team to help with application configurations and migrations Coordinate and lead projects through all phases of design and implementation.

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years overall IT experience with 2 - 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies.
  • This position is responsible for all aspects of application integrations, including, but not limited to: Azure/O365, Active Directory and ADFS.
  • Knowledge of AD, ADLDS and ADFS application authentication and entitlement integration.
  • Be comfortable working directly with internal and external application team to help with application configurations and migrations.
  • Must show a progressive advancement in responsibility including deep troubleshooting technical skills.
  • Self-driven and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Desired experience working in a regulated banking/financial environment.
