Description
Harvey Nash's public sector client is currently looking for two 1st Line Support Analysts to join their team to join their Access Management team on six month contracts. The role is based in Paisley, but home working may also be possible. The successful candidate will accurately manage the processing of User Identity & Access requests from a potential 35,000+ users across the organisations network.
Essential Skills:
- Experience of setting up high volumes of IT accounts
- Working with service desk systems and excel spreadsheets
- Communication skills are essential as the individuals will be required to communicate by email and via telephone with other employees
