Essential skills and experience:
Proven experience of working on transformation HR projects, updating project work-plans, time-lines and budgets.
Ability to manage and influence stakeholders
Experience of tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business risks where appropriate
The ability to interpret and represent key HR policies
Ideally have experience in managing an HR system implementation project
Our client is a large Government organisation, currently recruiting for the exciting opportunity to join their team as an HR Workstream Support Officer, working on a fast-paced Public Sector project. They are looking for an HR specialist to establish the HR Function for a brand new organisation, supporting the delivery of its Corporate Strategy and to assist in delivering the brand new HR and Payroll system.
