Application Support Manager-Salesforce/SAAS Platform
Pay rate-£600/day inside IR35, Work from home
- Role is to support a SAAS platform that has just gone live
- Manage Global L2 support and remediation team for a SAAS platform (salesforce, Dell Boomi, NetSuite, Workday, Informatica)
- Application support/Application Service Manager experience required
- Fix level 2 and level 3 salesforce problems across CPQ/SalesCloud/marketing cloud etc.
- Coordinate with 1 line and third line, allocate tickets.
- Own the problems from top to bottom
- Define best practice for resolution
- Knowledge of transactional business processing in CRM, ERP
- Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite & Informatica support desk is a massive advantage
