Application Support Manager-Salesforce/SAAS Platform

Pay rate-£600/day inside IR35, Work from home

  • Role is to support a SAAS platform that has just gone live
  • Manage Global L2 support and remediation team for a SAAS platform (salesforce, Dell Boomi, NetSuite, Workday, Informatica)
  • Application support/Application Service Manager experience required
  • Fix level 2 and level 3 salesforce problems across CPQ/SalesCloud/marketing cloud etc.
  • Coordinate with 1 line and third line, allocate tickets.
  • Own the problems from top to bottom
  • Define best practice for resolution
  • Knowledge of transactional business processing in CRM, ERP
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite & Informatica support desk is a massive advantage
