Description
Head of IT- Leadership, SharePoint, Microsoft, Dynamics- London
My client has an urgent requirement for a Head of IT to provide temporary cover, this will involve working from home and office-based work. The ideal candidate will need to be technical and have a hands-on approach, you will be supported by the 1st/2nd Line engineer and project manager.
You must have good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Office 365, Sharepoint and Dynamics.

Essential Skills
- ITIL Intermediate certifications: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Operation, Service Transition and Continuous Service Improvement; or other equivalent Service Delivery Framework qualifications
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MSCA) SharePoint and Office 365 (Microsoft Azure)
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server technologies
- Strong influencer and stakeholder manager, with a proactive, confident approach with excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Able to manage relationships at all levels.
- The ability to self-manage, with a methodical approach and an eye for detail is essential.
- Lead on Cyber Security awareness for all users and service and ensure that the team complete the training
- Experience in designing/managing cloud infrastructure; Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
