Active Directory SME, fully remote
Active Directory specialist required for a leading private sector organisation in Bristol.
Please note: this assignment has been deemed OUTSIDE OF IR35.
The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of Active Directory as part of a Core IT upgrade Programme. The main accountability of the role holder is to own the design, implementation and migration to the point of delivery of the consolidated Active Directory with a primary focus on delivering an Active Directory for a hybrid environment, consolidating Legacy domains.
Azure AD and experience in migrating from/to Active Directory domains is an essential requirement.
Skills & experience required:
- Architecting and completing multiple AD migrations
- Assessment and validation of requirements to align with core processes and any efficiency gains (JML, access and identity management etc.)
- Alignment to future initiatives (O365, CyberArk, Global Authentication etc.)
- Must have comprehensive experience of Microsoft Windows Active Directory Domain Migrations
- Must have the experience in the investigation and documentation of AD as is.
- Must have an understanding of how to design and implement a full Active Directory, including associated technologies.
- Must have ability to implement Active Directory Federation services.
- Extensive experience and understanding of security hardening for Active Directory
- Experience and confidence in VMware environment.
- Experience of system administration, supporting multiple platforms and applications.
