Lead Facilities Engineer/Healthcare/Northumberland/2 Year Contract
Roc Search is currently recruiting for Electrical Estates Officer to an NHS Trust in the North East. This is for an initial period of 2 years. This is a good opportunity for someone to manage the day to day running of the Estates Team; coordinating programmes of engineering maintenance and refurbishments projects. This role is slotting into an established team supporting the current Estates Team with:
- Fire alarm systems
- Staff alarm and nurse call systems
- Intruder alarm and security systems
- Electrical installation in accordance with all IEE regulations
- Duty Electrical Authorised Person in accordance to HTM06-02
The successful Estates Officer will have:
- Degree in building services engineering or equivalent related subject
- Apprentice trained
- Have an in-depth understanding of Estates Services in a hospital environment
- Able to read and understand electrical drawings
Desirable Criteria:
- autoCAD experience
- Understanding of IT in relation to Estates and CAFM
