My client is looking for a SC Cleared Network Engineer to help on a 2 day assignment, please not this role falls inside of IR35 so you will need to utilise an umbrella solution.

Duties to include

  • Install & Configure 10 x Cisco 48 port Switches
  • Patch 3 x ports for a DELL EMC R640 SCCM Server using 2m blue leads
  • Patch 1 x port for a Vodafone gateway device using 2m blue lead
  • Patch 100 (TBC may be more or less) x ports for thin clients using 2m green patch leads
  • Install 100 x 5m Grey Leads from desk area ports onto desks ready for network device deployment
  • Patch 10 x ports for MFD devices for data using 2m green patch leads
  • Install 10 x 5m Grey Leads from desk area ports ready for Printer deployment
  • Create full patch records for all work carried out*
  • Carry out full asset capture of all installed equipment to include serial numbers, make. Model and asset tag details
  • Label all installed equipment both front and rear as follows
  • Switch Name - dw111302bsw01, dw111302bsw02 etc
  • DELL EMC R640 - label 3 x blue leads with NIC1, NIC2 and DRAC as appropriate
  • client gateway - label 1 x blue lead with VF gateway
