Salesforce Technical Lead - Contract
Type: Initial 6 Month Contract (Outside IR35)
Rate: £400-£500 per day dependent on experience
Location: Fully Remote
Start Date: Immediate - August 2021 (Immediate interviews available)
Computer Futures are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to Provide expertise for a Salesforce application throughout the life cycle, from conception, through design, build, release and support. This role has ownership of the Salesforce platform, providing guidance on capabilities, vulnerabilities and future development. Support and maintain the Salesforce system so it continues to be fit for purpose.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the Salesforce team
- Responsible for planning and executing releases of functionality and of Salesforce platform upgrades.
- Manage system maintenance and changes with minimal disruption to users.
- Advise and support Projects and BAU initiatives building on the Salesforce platform
- Escalate issues to SFDC when appropriate and manage SFDC support cases
- Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors providing integrations with Salesforce
Knowledge & Experience:
- In depth working knowledge of the Salesforce platform is essential
- Experience of working alongside and supporting developers and multiple development environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of other CRM systems is desirable
- Experience of using work management tools such as Jira is desirable
- Organised and structured approach to managing multiple streams of work
- Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or technical subject matter to a variety of audiences
- Structured and collaborative approach to problem solving
Qualifications:
- Certified to Salesforce Admin 201 is desirable
